For AudioPhone System rentals, the organizer joins for his group. The contribution is valid for three months, without automatic renewal, and remains separate from the rental billed per day. Visitors do not have to create an account and do not become individual members. After a paid reservation including membership, the organizer receives a personal code. Association rights are defined by the statutes; the service access code alone does not constitute a voting right.

The functioning of the association.
1. Purpose and scope
The regulations specify the operation of Phileas Horizon and participation in its activities. It completes the statutes, which prevail in the event of contradiction. AudioPhone System reservations and services remain governed by the general conditions of the site.
2. Admission and membership
The categories of members, admission conditions and voting rights are those defined by the statutes. Participation in a visit does not automatically confer membership. Participants in a group do not become individual members.
3. Contributions and benefits
Contributions are set by the competent body according to the statutes and communicated before engagement. The AudioPhone System offer distinguishes between the organizer's membership for his group and the rental. The membership offered with the reservation is valid for three months, without automatic renewal. Association rights remain those of the statutes.
4. Associative life and office
The meetings, votes and missions of the office follow the statutes. No one can commit the association without authorization. Any personal interest in a decision is reported to the competent body before its review.
5. Respect and participation
Everyone respects people, cultures, places visited and heritage. Discriminatory behavior, harassment and violence are prohibited. Participants respect the instructions of the organizers and local rules.
6. Organization and security
The organizer prepares the visit, checks the reception conditions and explains the useful instructions. Everyone remains attentive to their environment, especially when traveling. AudioPhone System does not replace either group supervision or emergency resources.
7. Personal access
Membership codes and private access are confidential. They are used within the limits of the authorized group and period. The guide code is not distributed to visitors, who join the listening session via the link or QR code provided. Any suspicious use is reported.
8. Using AudioPhone System
The organizer checks the Internet connection, phone compatibility and headphones before the visit. The number and duration reserved must be respected. The translations and scheduled routes are part of the agreed offer. The machine translation may contain errors and does not constitute a certified translation.
9. Material and content
Any equipment entrusted is used with care and returned according to the conditions of provision. Speakers have the necessary rights to the texts, music and files broadcast. Anyone recording voices informs the people concerned and collects the required authorizations. Listening access does not authorize the republication of content.
10. Data and privacy
Member data and private documents are used for the stated purposes only. Member lists cannot be reused for personal prospecting. The confidentiality policy specifies the processing of the site and the exercise of rights.
11. Difficulties and discipline
A member can report a difficulty to the office. Any associative sanction falls under the competent body and the procedure provided for by the statutes. The member receives the alleged facts and can present his observations before a reasoned decision. The appeals provided for in the statutes remain open. Cancellations, refunds and complaints related to a service are subject to the general conditions and applicable rights.
12. Adoption and review
The internal regulations and their modifications are adopted by the competent body in accordance with the statutes, then communicated to members with their date of entry into force. Association rules do not automatically apply to non-member users: their obligations are specified in the conditions applicable to the service.
