The guide allows microphone access, creates a session and displays the QR code. Participants scan it, connect their earphones and tap “Listen”.
For translation, visitors choose from the available languages. With a GPS audio tour, commentary starts at the planned stops, according to the selected mode.

Do I need an Internet connection?
Yes, both the guide and participants need Internet access. Mobile data or Wi-Fi works. Keep the page open and your phone unlocked while listening.
Is there a maximum distance?
The system works over the Internet. The physical distance between the guide and listeners does not impose a radio range limit; quality depends on their connection.
Do I need to install an app or create an account?
No. Participants open a link in their browser. They do not need an account, and their microphone is not used.
How many people can listen?
The number of visitors included in Light is shown on the Prices page. Book Standard and Premium online for up to 200 participants. For larger groups, contact us for technical validation and a quote.
Can I prepare a tour in advance?
Yes. Audio files can be broadcast to the group or linked to outdoor GPS stops for a self-guided visit.
How is my booking confirmed?
For audio guides with up to 200 participants, choose the duration and pay by card, with payment processed by PayPal. Guide access is sent for the booked date. Live translation can also be booked online, with a supplement on hire. Custom scheduled tours and groups above 200 participants require a quotation.
