1. The website and its creations
Original AudioPhone System elements may be protected by copyright and other applicable rights. The Phileas Horizon association operates the concept under licence; Rivieramedias acts as technical service provider. Each author or supplier retains their rights. Viewing a page or hiring access does not transfer intellectual property rights.
2. Names and logos
The names AudioPhone System, Rivieramedias and Phileas Horizon and their graphics identify the association, technical service provider and service. Their presentation does not claim trademark registration. A third-party name or logo does not imply a partnership or endorsement beyond the website’s explicit statements.
3. Photographs and third-party resources
Illustrative photographs come from Pexels and are used under its licence. Authors and sources are listed in the photo credits. Maps, software and third-party resources remain subject to their own licences; this page neither replaces those licences nor restricts their rights.
4. The guide’s files and commentary
The guide retains the rights they hold in their recordings, texts and files, and authorises the technical processing required for their requested broadcast. They must hold the necessary rights and permissions for third-party works, voices or content. A listening link alone does not authorise a visitor to republish the commentary.
5. Reproduction and permitted use
Viewing and using the service is permitted within the access granted. Reproducing or commercially exploiting protected elements requires the rights holder’s permission, unless a legal exception or licence permits it. Attributed quotation and other lawful uses remain possible.
General ideas and features are not made exclusive by this page alone. Protection applies to the elements that are actually protected.
6. Permission and reporting
