- Enough mobile data in your plan
- A power bank, if possible
Three steps to listen

Connect your earphones
Switch on your earphones and enable pairing mode. Open Settings → Bluetooth on your phone, enable Bluetooth and select your earphones. Wired earphones work too.

Scan your guide’s QR code
Open the camera, point it at the QR code and tap the link. The session opens in your browser: no app download needed.

Start listening
Choose your language if available, then tap the listening button. Adjust the phone and page volume. Sound starts when the guide broadcasts.
Keep the page open and your phone unlocked during the tour.
Listening to the guide does not require microphone permission.
Need a hand?
I cannot hear anything
Check Internet, volume and earphones. If the browser blocks sound, tap the button to resume listening. If the guide has not started speaking, wait a moment.
The QR code will not open
Move back slightly, check lighting and clean the lens. Ask the guide for the link or find the tour under “Join your tour”. For an ended session, ask the guide for a new access link.
