Conversations and providers
The first name, language and authorizations make it possible to organize the conversation, based on the execution of the requested service. The video goes through LiveKit; the voice picked up when you tap to speak is processed by Microsoft Azure to produce the translation. The extracts and transcriptions remain temporarily in memory for the conversation, without a session recording file on our server. Conversation identifiers, rights, credits and payment references are retained to allow access, billing and contract monitoring. The information necessary for accounting obligations is kept according to legal deadlines.
Registration and notebook
If the format allows it, the session can be recorded by the organizer with the agreement of all connected participants. The file is downloaded to their device and remains their responsibility. The agreement can be withdrawn. The notebook contains the names and addresses entered by the organizer or voluntarily added by his interlocutors; These addresses do not constitute subscription to the newsletter. Entries can be deleted from the notebook.
Separate newsletter
The Visio Translator newsletter is based on your consent and confirmation by e-mail. Your address, your choice and the registration and confirmation dates are reserved for this list, separate from AudioPhone. Each message allows unsubscription. Unsubscribing from Visio does not modify a separate AudioPhone registration. The data is kept during registration and then only to the extent necessary to respect the opposition and justify the choices.
Affiliation and cookies
The joint program counts partner clicks per day; This registry does not store an IP address or device fingerprint. Totals are not unique visitors. Totals are kept for a maximum of 366 days and anti-duplicate random identifiers for a maximum of 24 hours.

Accesses recorded by My Account remain in your browser's storage.

The response generally comes within a month; legal obligations may limit certain erasures. You can enter the CNIL. Technical suppliers have their own contractual data protection guarantees; no public record of your conversation is created by this site.
